Both these looking for the proximity to the sea and those wanting a quick access to the heart of the city (here, it’s barely 10 min) will be entirely satisfied with the choice.

Both day and night

Admire the stunning panorama of the sea, the Split Gulf and the Brač Island both during the day and at night from our fantastic viewpoint terrace (nearly 100 m2) located on the last floor of the villa.
Three storeys give you nearly 450 m2 of space at your exclusive disposal, thus, even up to 12 people can enjoy it at the same time. Our mansion consists of six double bedrooms and six independent bathrooms. There are two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen available on every floor. Around the villa, your eyes shall see a marvellous garden, arranged in a truly Mediterranean style, providing you with privacy and anonymity so much needed to rest. For your comfort, in the garden, we have created a special relaxing zone where you can swim in a pool, have fun in Jacuzzi or in the sauna and even practice some sports in a little gym. If you’re a fan of cooking, why don’t you prepare something nice to eat in the summer kitchen with a drink bar and even a BBQ station? Sounds not too shabby, right? You have never enjoyed yourselves more!
